To avoid any problems, I always like to have a list of guidelines for people to follow. And as long as they're followed, no one will have to feel my wrath ^.^v.
1)
No Flaming - I don't care who started it, I don't tolerate it. And don't bother fighting me about it, because you wont win (>^.^)><3.
2)
No Spamming - Posting irrelevant comments in people's threads, or making meaningless topics, is annoying. Don't do it.

No Trolling - If there's one thing people hate in the gaming world, its griefer's. And if there's a second thing we all hate, it's their lovely counter part, the Troll. Don't stalk members, or their topics, just to be annoying, or to get attention, or whatever it is that get's you people off. I find this the most annoying, and I'll perma-ban anyone who doe's it with NO exceptions.

No double posts - Don't double post in ANY topics. Post once, wait for a person to respond, and then reply. The only time a person can double post is if they're bumping a thread that's received no reply's AT ALL.

No l337 speak - The only people that "tlk lyk dis" are children in grade school, and the mentally impaired. And if you've been able to read this far, then you're neither. So don't do it.

No pornographic images - Most forum sites don't support this at all. And as a result, have been known to shut forums down because of this. So don't post it.
7)
No cybering - I know there are a lot of horny little Otaku out there wanting to wet their lips, but don't do it here. If you can't control yourself, then take it to PM's/IM's.
No members under 18 - This is a personal peeve of mine. It keeps us from having to make the language PG-13. As well as keeping out any high school drama. Because, no offense, but 9 times out of 10, the person flaming/trolling/spamming is some kid under the age of 18, getting kicks by pissing people off. And if you are under 18, and slip past the radar, then congratulations, you're not a spoiled little douche bag like 90% of the friends you go to school with. I won't say that I may or may not make exceptions to this rule. If I see you're obviously of a mature mindset, and you aren't to young ((below 15 yrs of age on average)) then some tweaking is possible.
9)
No political/religious debates - Next too trolls, this is another thing I just can't stand. If anyone wants to force their views down someone else's throat, then take it to C-SPAN. This however, is not the place.

No discrimination - This is a accepting environment. If someone is gay, black, bi, Jewish, etc. don't harass them. I will NEVER tolerate this, and the moment it happens, your ass is out of here.
11)
The rule of 3 - 3 Warnings and you're out. So stick to the rules and everyone will be happy ^.^.
